Prometeo London presents a carefully curated collection of antique, vintage and fine jewellery, sourced from Italy, the United Kingdom and beyond. Each piece is selected for its beauty, craftsmanship and individuality, with a particular appreciation for jewels that carry the character and history of another era.

Founded by Herbert Pulese Aulehla in London in 2016, Prometeo grew from his lifelong fascination with jewellery, gemstones, art and antiquity. The name is inspired by Prometheus, the figure from Greek mythology, reflecting Herbert’s passion for the ancient world and for objects created to endure through generations.

Over the years, this passion has developed into a distinctive collection ranging from antique and period jewellery to exceptional gemstones, signed pieces and unusual finds. Every piece is personally selected and carefully considered for its authenticity, quality, design and character.

At Prometeo London, we believe that jewellery is more than an object of value. A jewel can carry memories, represent a particular moment in history and become part of the story of each person who owns it. Our aim is to find pieces that can continue their journey, to be worn, treasured and passed on to future generations.

Alongside our collection, Prometeo London offers sourcing, repair and restoration, customisation, bespoke design and appraisal services. A personal approach, trust and transparency remain central to the relationship we build with our clients, whether they are experienced collectors or discovering antique jewellery for the first time.

Today, Prometeo London is located at Grays Antiques, 58 Davies Street, in the heart of Mayfair, London, one of the city’s historic destinations for antiques and fine jewellery. We welcome clients to discover our collection in person, with private appointments also available.
